When we brought Iggy home, we were specifically looking for a buckling with smaller genetics without sacrificing milk production.  As it turned out, Iggy did NOT remain small.  Some of his daughters have stayed on the smaller side, while some have grown just as tall or even taller than their dams.  I am very pleased overall with what Iggy has done in the udder department with his daughters.  He usually improves the udder texture, lateral attachments, and normally throws long teats (sometimes too long).  His daughters do not always peak as high in production, but they tend to stay more steady throughout their lactation.   Iggy has had 5 of his daughters earn their milk stars!
