Tug was one we were not planning on keeping, but we just couldn't resist her!  She is a super sweet and loving girl and not too large.  Her dam has been a good producer for us, and her sire was new to us and comes from really high production lines.  Tug unfortunately had complications during her birth and lost 2 of her 3 kids.  Tug freshened this year with a very small udder and it has a lot of congestion in it. It looks a lot like her dam's FF udder, but honestly, not quite what I was looking for.  On her first 12 hr fill she gave me 1.3 lbs (I like to see 2 on an FF) of milk; however, I ran out of alfalfa so their feed has been off and all of my does have been producing about 1 lb less than normal.  Her rough delivery and congested udder might also be effecting her production.  I expect her to increase after she gets on better feed and I can get the congestion cleared up.
